Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the JobsU Terms of Service and describes the rules and standards of conduct that apply to all users of the JobsU platform. By using JobsU, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination at JobsU's sole discretion.

All communications through the JobsU platform — including in-app messages, job descriptions, and reviews — should be professional and respectful in tone, relevant to the job or service being discussed, free from spam or unsolicited advertising, and free from personal contact information shared for the purpose of circumventing the platform.

JobsU reserves the right to monitor communications conducted through the platform for compliance with this policy and to protect the safety of our users. Communications may be reviewed in connection with trust and safety investigations, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

If you believe another user has violated this Acceptable Use Policy or the Terms of Service, please report the incident through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting us at support@jobsu.app. Please include as much detail as possible, including the user involved, a description of the incident, and any supporting evidence.

All reports are reviewed by JobsU and handled in accordance with our internal policies. Reports are treated confidentially to the extent possible, though we may need to share relevant information with law enforcement or other parties as required by law.

Certain violations — including those involving physical safety, sexual harassment, fraud, illegal activity, or off-platform payment circumvention — will result in immediate and permanent account termination without warning.

This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the JobsU Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control. Capitalized terms not defined in this AUP have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy with a new effective date and notify users where practicable. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
